Hey BOO-tiful, here’s a workout that’s great for the boo-ty and good for the souless.

You’ll have a goulishly good time.

Workout Type: Tabata Style
Level: Beginner
Duration: 4 Min
8 sets:  20 seconds on, 10 second off
Equipment Needed: None
Notes: Do each set at all out intensity

SET #1:
20 sec: Jumping Jacks
10 sec: Rest

SET #2:
20 sec: Squat Jumps
10 sec: Rest

SET #3:
20 sec: High Knees
10 sec: Rest

SET #4:
20 sec: Single leg Squat – Right
10 sec: Rest

SET #5:
20 sec: Single leg Squat – Left
10 sec: Rest

SET #6:
20 sec: Burpees
10 sec: Rest

SET #7:
20 sec: Wall Sit (Weight optional)
10 sec: Rest

SET #8:
20 sec: High Knees
10 sec: Rest

Take a 3min break and repeat if you have it in you.
